Do not use flashing/strobe features where prohibited or unsafe.
Do not use the app in situations that may endanger yourself or others.

3. Health and Safety Warning

Flashing lights may trigger discomfort or photosensitive reactions in some individuals.
High-intensity/long-duration use may heat the device and accelerate battery drain.
Hardware-intensive usage may cause reduced performance, app interruptions, or potential hardware stress over time.

Stop use immediately if the phone overheats, behaves abnormally, or if any user experiences discomfort.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

Sensor, network, Wi‑Fi, battery, and device information is provided "as is" for convenience. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable due to hardware, firmware, manufacturer limits, permissions, radio conditions, and operating system behavior.

5. No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, device issues, overheating effects, battery degradation, or business interruption arising from use or inability to use the app.

7. Safety-Critical Prohibition

The app is not certified for emergency response, medical diagnosis, industrial safety, navigation assurance, law enforcement operations, or any mission/safety-critical environment.
